Brian and Tanya Carlson

They have over 11 years experience in the Industry. They also have Many certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): Water damage Restoration, Fire/Smoke Restoration, Odor Control, Applied Structural drying, carpet cleaning, Lead-Based Paint Activities and renovation, Rug Cleaning technician and Upholstery & Fabric Cleaning Technician. We are a IICRC Certified Firm along with OSHA. We also have our entire staff Certified in the Employee Certification Training program.

Zach Willis

Zach Willis is the Opertions Manager of SERVPRO of Lexington/Thomasville. "I really like working at SERVPRO because no two days are the same.  The jobs are always different and it keeps the brain working.  I also enjoy helping the many different customers in their time of need."

Zach has benign the industry for five years and obtained his WRT and AMRT certifications from the IICRC.  He plans on continuing his education so he can continue to provide the best customer service in the industry.

Austin Bruce

Austin Bruce is our Production Manager and he enjoys helping the community 24/7/365. He is always willing to help and work with others. He has worked with SERVPRO for four years and is certified  through the IICRC in WRT.  Austin loves seeing his customers happy after completing his work

Jessica Blackmon

Jessica works in the office at SERVPRO of Lexington / Thomasville.  She enjoys helping our clients get their homes and offices back to "Like it never even happened." She also enjoys the laid-back family atmosphere we have at SERVPRO.  She is a wife and mother and owns a small hobby farm where she raises chickens and rex rabbits.
