Mold in Arcadia, NC Basement

This basement is the result of a slow leak and warm weather.  The homeowner didn't go down to his basement for a few weeks and this was the result.  As you can see  mold was covering one tile and began to move throughout the basement.  Our trained technicians mitigated the mold and was able to return the home to pre loss conditions.  As you can see in the after photo mold was no longer present in the home.  The homeowner was expected a much longer process and was thrilled with the speed and professionalism of our staff.  They said they would recommend us to all of their family and friends.
